Once your surfboard is ready and packed you will receive a dispatch email to notify you that your surfboard is on its way to your selected delivery address. All surfboards are personally packed to our requirements and secured safely for transport to your doorstep. Your address is printed on the packaging and collected by our experienced couriers.
The dispatch email will contain the full details of your order, where it is going, as well as the tracking number and a link to the carrier's website so that you know where your surfboard is at all times.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your surfboard to reach you may vary. 2 - 3 days East Coast of Australia, 4 - 7 Southern and Western States.
Surfboard fins, clothing and accessories are sent prior to your surfboard to ensure you are ready for when you board arrives. You will receive an email letting you know when your package has been sent along with a tracking number.
Yes, we can deliver your surfboard and surf accessories to your place of work. Please ensure to include the Business Name in the shipping details of your order so the delivery driver can find you easily.
We don't ship internationally. However, international shipping can be arranged. Simply enter your international delivery address in the shipping details. When your surfboard is ready we will advise you of the pickup address and carton size. We recommend you then book your pick up with DHL or UPS.
We charge a simple fee of $20 AUD for all surfboards personally packed and secured safely for international shipping and pick up.
