REFUNDS

Refunds on surfboard orders are only available within a 7 day cooling off period from the date of purchase.

As soon as you process your order we secure the blank, cut and shape. If 7 days has gone by since your purchase, due to the costs of manufacturing, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

COMPLETION DATES AND LEAD TIMES

Please note 'due for completion dates' and the 60 - 90 day lead times on custom orders are guideline, please make allowances for delays in production. 

PRIORITY MANUFACTURING

30 - 35 day priority manufacturing lead times are not guaranteed, We do bring the team together to meet the priority lead times as best as possible, but occasionally there are still delays.

If the priority manufacturing lead time goes over 60 days the additional fee will be refunded, or a store credit will be provided for fins and accessories.

TEAM FINISH

Team finish surfboards are hand shaped by Joel Fitzgerald, the same way he would shape them for team riders such as Ozzy and crew. The focus is on performance so there is no process in the final stages to remove blemishes that may have occurred in production. Gloss polishes and fine sanded finishes look and feel nice but do not add to the strength or performance of the boards, therefore, not applied to our team finish.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return and replacement, your item must be damaged in freight and, unused in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require images confirming the damage for a claim.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your replacement surfboard.

 

EXCHANGES ( IF APPLICABLE )

We only exchange items within a 14 day period of the order being received. If you ordered the wrong item and need to exchange, please contact us for customer service and support. 

SALE ITEMS 

Sale items can not be exchanged.

SHIPPING ( RETURNS )

If you are approved for an exchange or return contact us to arrange shipping details and pick up . We will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs returning a damaged or faulty item. Note* Shipping costs are additional for an exchange.

SHIPPING ( LEAD TIME )

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 1 - 3 days for the East Coast of Australia, 5 - 7 for Southern and Western States.

SHIPPING ( INTERNATIONAL )

 

International purchases purchases are not eligible for a return and replacement if faulty or damaged in airfreight. For this reason, we recommend claims to be made with our trusted International couriers if required.
